Thank you for enquiring about our very proudly Australian invented and manufactured MediDrain product.
If we have a MediDrain Distributor in your region, you will need to make contact with them via e-mail or by phone (please see the “Distributor” page of this web site).
To order a MediDrain product direct and install it yourself (where there are no distributors currently in your region):-
1. Browse the types below to see which MediDrain suits your home.
2. Measure the exact outside diameter in millimetres (mm) of your current floor grate (across the actual lid, not the receptacle) and match it (the pattern, colour and size) with the one on our types chart. Any items that do not fit and require exchange will incur another postage fee, to cover costs.
3. If you cannot find a match, no problem, we can usually make special orders, or carry out retro fits to your old grate.
4. You can then order using the 'Buy it Now' buttons below.
- You will need to pay for your order before we can dispatch it to you. Once your payment has been received, your order will be posted out via Australia Post ‘Express Post', which means that you should normally receive your package within 2-3 working days within Australia and 2-3 weeks overseas. Please ensure you include the full correct postal address for shipment and a daytime contact phone number.
- Should you have any technical queries re: MediDrain, please call 02-6685 8232 9am to 5pm EST, Monday – Friday, excluding NSW public holidays.
The cost of the product is $88.00 each for standard fittings (including GST) plus an additional $11.00 postage & handling, anywhere in Australia and $19.00 to the rest of the world. |

Therefore you may have to measure the exact size with a digital caliper or similar device. Any items that do not fit and require exchange will incur another postage fee, to cover costs. Please call us if you have a chrome grill drain cover that is not exactly 98mm. |
